GUESTS AND PROHIBITION OF EXTERNAL VISITORS: The property is dividedtwo levels (ground floor and first floor); each floor can accommodate a maximum of two people for overnight stays. It is strictly forbidden to allow guests to sleep in the property who have not been previously notified to the owner and who are not registered on the State Police portal. Furthermore, access to third parties not included in the reservation is not permitted under any circumstances, including during daytime hours.
RESPECT FOR THE PROPERTY: Guests are required to respect the property, keeping it clean and tidy exactly as it was upon check-in. Vandalizing, altering, or damaging furniture, furnishings, or any of the existing furnishings is strictly prohibited.
